You may use ThumbnailVault for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include:

ThumbnailVault does not claim ownership of any thumbnail images. Downloading a thumbnail does not transfer any rights to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded images complies with applicable copyright law and platform terms of service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ThumbnailVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that thumbnails will always be retrievable (availability depends on third-party platform APIs which we do not control).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThumbnailVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any claim by a third party.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Use of this tool in connection with YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Use in connection with Facebook is subject to Meta's Terms of Service. Use in connection with Instagram is subject to Instagram's Terms of Use. ThumbnailVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
